I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

A very capable proccy as well a potentail OC deamon !!!
Even though the processor is a couple of years old,
I say for an enthusiast, this is much better than the latest generation sandy bridge i3 2xxxx series since that proccy is locked and cannot be overclocked.
firstly,
1. Mostly sufficient for any thing you throw at it.
This is mainly because the windows architecture will not utilise many cores even if available (AMD 8 Core's main prob).
I ran this proccy against an i5 Quad and this wayy faster in single threaded applications such as audio conversion, Win Rar, PC Start up, etc. But the advantages of the additional cores come into play during gaming, but this can be cured by overclocking this proccy, which cannot be done on the 3rd gen i3.
2. Can overclock easily upto 4.0 ghz on an entry MSI H55 Mobo.
And since this is a dual core and not a quad, will not require a big PSU, a CM Gx550 PSU will be sufficient for I3+Gpu combo upto 4.4ghz and Oc'ed 560 ti (with hyper 212+ cpu cooer and 4 120mm CM case led fan's and 2 HDD)
3. Falls behind in Ram Bus bandwidth and Onboard GPU performance when compared with the 3rd gen i3 2120. But the Ram thing is not noticeble, but the Intel Onboard GPU will affect performance if u deceide to use onboard graphic's (if u use onboard intel GPU, take the 3rd gen i3).
4. Use an extrnal GPU and u are set to play most of the latest games on Full HD @ 1080p at above 60-100 fps depending on the game.
5. Dirt 2 - 3.8 GHz I3 530 + GTX 560 Oc edition + 1440 ddr3 cl 7-7-7 G-Skill Ram = ~55 fps avg @ Ultra 1080p, ~70 Fps high Full HD settings.

performance wise its really constant....no need of extra cooler fan. not the best but better than core 2 duo . people working on computer just for browsing and watching videos can buy it..................................................................................................................................
