I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Don't buy
Keyboard is complete crap. Don't buy.
Both keyboard and mouse are too good to look. but it's been hardly one week and more than 3 keys are not working properly.
I don't know how one designs such a crap.
Right now i m facing difficulty with keys A,B,C..
God knows what is next.

Worst Mouse
Never purchase this combo.My scroll,center button ,right click of my mouse stopped working within 20 days of usage ,you have to press buttons too hard to make them work .Keyboard is also not good...Mouse sensitivity is good and have 3 dpi change option but it is total waste of money ....

Good for the price but could have been better
I purchased this combo for use with my laptop because I find the keyboard and trackpad of my laptop inconvenient to use. In this direction, this product does a very good job.
I placed the order on fourth of this month and have received it today, the eighth of this month. The packaging was very good with multiple layers of bubble. I will give flipkart five stars in this aspect.
The keys on the keyboard are very delicate. This is definitely not meant for the hard-core keyboard user. If you are a heavy user, it is better to go for something stronger because I'm sure that the keys will break after just a few days of usage. The keyboard could have been better but in my opinion it is still okay for the price.
Coming to the mouse, it is very nice – both in terms of looks and construction. I'm fully satisfied with it. It also comes with another button for adjusting the mouse pointer sensitivity. The button is not well constructed, it rather looks a little plasticky. However, it is very convenient to use.
By taking in the view the price, I will give this product five out of five stars.

Not Bad
I've been using this from more than a month now and I bought this because of a low budget. This one is a fair deal, if you don't hit the 'Enter' and 'Space' key with all your energy. If you have a way with typing then this is not disappointing at all.
