The book has been divided in Two Parts and Nine Chpaters. Part 1 consists seven chapters and Part 2 consists 2 chapter. Each legal system has been alloted one chapter.
About Author :
Dr. Gokulesh Sharma (b. 1958) was called to the bar in 1979, practiced as a trial court and appellate court lawyer in both Civil and Criminal cases. He joined Uttar Pradesh Judicial Services in 1984. Now he is Senior Additional District and Sesssions Judge. He has decided about thrity-eight thousand Criminal Cases and Session Trial and one thousand Civil Cases in 22 years of service, which is a record in itself.
Dr. Sharma is a recipient of medals of Agra University, Agra for the best studenet of LL.B. and LL.M. having stood first. He was awarded Ph.d. degree (Doctorate degree ) in Law on Contitutional Work in year 1991 by Agra University, Agra.
