Book: It’s My Life The central event of the novel IT’S MY LIFE is the setting of a cold wintry night of 1995, when an unwanted, new born baby is thrown in a municipal dustbin, left to die. There is no reason why this baby should survive the onslaught of the biting cold of Delhi’s winter; but circumstances have it otherwise. The baby is found and eventually adopted by a loving couple. On her eighteenth birthday, she accidentally finds out about her reality, bringing confusion and despair to her life, leaving her unsure of whatever she has taken for granted in life.. From here on the search for her real parents start. The only evidence she has of her parents is her blood group, a thallaesemia trait and her birth date.
Besides her physician profession, Dr.Madhavi Karol is an avant garde writer and has authored three books so far.
