Perfect for good combination of native C & C /CLI

I used this book as a novice learner to learn Microsoft C Programming. I liked following features in the book:

1. Good explanation of all concepts, precise and good writing style.

2. Explanation of new concepts by elaborating & updating previous code examples, makes you understand things quickly & clearly

3. Extensive coverage of both MS C 2010 & C /CLI, and approach with proper comparison between the two.

All in all if someone wants to go ground up from zero to professional VC programming by just reading one book, I'll say this is it.

Cons: It lacks in depth coverage for advanced
