Jabra Headset EasyGo Black

Its easy only when you consider pairing the headset with your cell phone.

The switch off/on button is a pain. Its put up at a rather weird position that makes handling difficult.The absence of a explicit button to accept/reject/redial and other call related functionalities is another big design flaw. The top part of the back side itself acts as a button.You end up redialing/accepting/rejecting a call even if you are trying to position the headset in your ears or taking it off as the back side of the headset gets pressed unknowingly.
Even though I went through reviews which said this is really comfortable to wear, believe me it becomes really uncomfortable even after using it with the ear hook for a few minutes.The voice quality is no big deal either. I am not able to use it with simultaneously two devices as mentioned in the product description even on the Jabra Website.It doesn't fit well in the ear even with "Jabra Ultimate Comfort Eargels".
Better go for some other bluetooth headset.

I purchased this piece yesterday after doing some research. I just wanted to use the basic need ,i.e using Jabra Easygo bluetooth headset only for voice call while on the move.

My experiences-
1. Good Voice clarity on this piece.
2. Easy to use and fix them to the ear.
3. After getting connected , it get disconnected and then you are not able to get connection back and then the blue tooth remains unconnected and you cant use the same. My mobile is Samsung Galaxy s2

CONCLUSION:
I am not sure if this is a problem of this piece alone or its an compatibility issue with Galaxy S2, though the site claims it is compatible. BUT THE BASIC NEED OF GETTING CONNECTED TO MOBILE IS DEFEATED WHEN MANY ORDINARY BLUETOOTH WORK PERFECTLY FINE ON THIS MOBILE. HENCE ONE CANT MAKE OR RECEIVE ANY CALLS.

I HAVE ASKED FOR A REPLACEMENT WITH ANOTHER JABRA EASY GO PIECE. HOPE THAT WORKS !! ONLY ONE STAR FOR GOOD AND FAST DELIVERY DONE BY FLIPKART. FOR PRODUCT NO STAR AS I AM NOT ABLE TO USE AS YET.

Last week I purchased Jabra Easy Go whereas wanted to purchase Plantronics becuase of their superior quality. But Thought give it a try for Jabra.

1. The Product was in the very starting only very very pathetic in connection and pairing.

2. When connected the Answer and End button sometimes work and sometimes it doesnt work.

3. Infact lot of time I would day 90% when i pick up a call through the headset the caller is not hearable and get disconnected automatically.

4. There is a lot of Echo and it gets very very difficult to have conversation with the other side.

5. Other Functiontion like Call Hold Call Mute or not functioning.

I happen to use it with NEW Samsung GAlaxy S3 Whereas I also heared that this product is incompatible to this mobile. SHOCKING!!!

I thought the Product is so bad in itself and happens to be like this but when i compared to other cheap headsets like Chinese Sets the JABRA EASY GO fails to deliver.

Easy go Jabra was delivered before promised time as usual, inspite of the festive season kudos Flipkart.
Looks- I loved the no nonsense look.sleek and sturdy design.
Comfort- it sat on my ear like a dream as if it was custom made for my ears.it was so comfortable that at the first go i kept it on for six hours straight at the end of which i had very mild discomfort.
voice quality- incoming- very high quality no complains.
out going- i asked all the people i called today about the quality of my voice. they all said it is ever so slightely low on volume but absolutely clear. (with windoow of my car down in noisy trafic.)
I can even connect this device to my TV and watch programs while my child is a sleep.
i am an orthopedic surgeon by profession. and i feel i have got my moneys worth. thank to flip kart where i could do my research as per my requirement.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago. I did research before buying. My need was just a basic headset that will allow me to receive calls when I drive.

My experience so far is :
1. The clarity of voice call received is poor, I had to remove many times when I was unable to hear anything clear enough.
2. When the calls were made by me, the other end repeatedly asked me to speak louder and complained of noise.

Conclusion:
I don't know if it is only problem with the particula one that I have or a common problem. I have emailed to them, and going to speak to the customer support soon. BUT THIS IS NOT USABLE AS BASIC THING OF RECEIVING OR MAKING A CALL DOES NOT WORK DECENT ENOUGH.
