I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Good reliable headset
Bought this headset couple of weeks ago. no problems so far.
I tried buying it from some shops, but most of them had only black version. So decided to order the white one from flipkart. they delivered it in just 2 days!
But one point to be noted is that this headset does not stream music from my android phone. But the streaming works porperly on my Nokia phone though.

Good Headset
Quite a good piece. Clarity should be further improved. Comfort for ears. Bit pricy but OK. Easily connects to two devices. One touch redial is clumsy and needs to be practised. Flipkart this time was bit late in delivery. Was delivered in 5 days. But packing is good.
