I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Extremely happy with the product!
I have used this product for about 10 months now and I'm very happy with it! So far I haven't had any issues with the battery life nor voice quality. I have also used the Jabra Stone 2 and prefer the wave over the Stone 2 any day! I literally could not hear much on the Stone 2 with full volume, but the Wave is simply spectacular ..
Yes this might look a bit bulky when a guy wears it, but it works perfectly for me (a girl :P) ..
Initially the eargel felt weird and took 4 days of constant use to get used to.. Over time, I liked the fact that it was in-ear and yet not intrusive without compromising on the voice quality. I wear it at work all day and it does not hurt my ear at all ..
Of course, Flipkart's delivery was prompt as ever! Kudos!

Not worth the money
I had purchased this item a few months back from flipcart. The sound quality is extremly poor ( transmision) the reception is ok. one has to shout to make the other person hear. the plastic or rubber used for the product hardens and cracks at joints. Not worth the money spent.
