Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
It is possible that the Seller or our courier partners observe a holiday between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.
For items listed as "In Stock", Sellers will mention the delivery time based on your location pincode (usually 2-3 business days, 4-5 business days or 4-6 business days in areas where standard courier service is available). For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.
The Seller might not have the item in stock but can procure it when an order is placed. The delivery time will depend on the estimated procurement time and the estimated shipping time to your location.

Jack Straight From The Gut is an autobiographical account of Jack Welch’s ascent to the top as a legendary business leader.
Summary Of The Book
Jack Straight From The Gut presents the success story of Jack Welch, a business legend, a self-confessed rebel, and a self-made man. Written by Welch himself, the book covers numerous aspects of his journey to the top, including his unconventional business strategies, and the people who shaped his life.
Welch started his career in 1960 as a junior chemical engineer at General Electric. In 21 years, he had risen through the ranks to assume the mantle of CEO in 1981, not without being assailed by numerous struggles and political manoeuvres over the years. At that time the company’s net worth was $12 billion.
Once Welch became the CEO, he brought about a revolution of sorts in the company’s corporate fabric. Guided by his distinctive management style, the company’s net worth ratcheted up to $280 billion in 20 years.
The book highlights several aspects of his leadership style, such as an informal, yet driven style of work, an open work culture, and individual appreciation of each of his managers. His highly personal leadership style ensured that the company thrived even during one of the most volatile phases in U.S. economic history.
Welch narrates many interesting events, including the attempt to buy Honeywell and his search for a suitable successor. The book reflects Jack Welch’s passion for his work and his sheer zest for life. It is filled with humour, candour, common sense, and many business lessons for budding managers.
Jack Straight From The Gut was published in 2007 by Hachette Books India.

Message from the book is loud and clear :Have a plan and stick to it, and then, drop the plan when it starts giving you loss. Have a open mind and have a "boundrylessness" in your company.Be ready for change and most of all be competitive till you are alive, be it home be it work!
The little problems you will face while reading the book is
- Its having damn too many names (which Jack already accepted)
- Its having too many names of Posts (CEO,CFO etc)and people keep growing and hence keep changing the post. ( a little confusing if you read this book in parts)
- Auther travels a lot in time; sometimes he talks about 1980s and all of sudden he concludes it in 2000.
Bottom line is; once you sync with the tone of author`s writing, you cannot stop reading no matter how many dates or names or posts come in between.
