A Jar For My Tears

Kathleen Stevenson looks forward to retiring in Montana, where she grew up. In the attic of her childhood home, however, she discovers long-hidden family secrets, and she begins experiencing bizarre nightmares. She thought she had successfully moved on, unscathed, with her life following an abortion while she was in law school. Now this past event has come crashing back into her life causing turmoil and exposing old wounds. She goes on a journey of the soul that brings her through ineffable pain and finally to healing through the church of her youth where she finds joy in her renewed devotion to God. Along the way she finds new friends who fill the lonely places in her heart and make her realize that she can trust and love again.
