I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

As i had bought Adidas Pure Game Deo for myself and 79 Yr old Dad from Flipkart...had to get something for my retired 72 yr old Lecturer Mom(dad-mom had their 50th anniv an year ago...God Bless)...she found Jovan White Musk for Women;mild,neat&clean feeling feminine fragrance...not over powering at all...just like stiff upper lip british humour:)...will re-order...fast delivery in new delhi...also gift to my GF and some cousin sisters...thank you flipkart...for making Mom Happy:)...(she dislikes strong fragrances...a bit high BP Problem)...though unlike Pure Game,the spray-valve was Not Sealed by a sellotape :(

Disappointing
I have always loved musky fragrances and I bought this one with high hopes. I got a good deal from Flipkart as well. Though the deodorant didn't disappoint in the fragrance department, the staying power/sillage definitely had me frowning. As a deodorant, one would expect it to last for at least 4 hours, this one lasts for less than two. This is really bad compared to deodorants in the same price range like Sure, Dove et al, which last easily for more than six hours.
Always been a fan of Jovan Musk, now, not so much.

Smells more like the Pond's Dreamflower Talc
Its obviously the first time I am using Jovan and my hubby warned 'I doubt you would like it'. The product arrived and he was right. Smells more like the Pond's Dreamflower Talc. Its good for sensitive skin but in terms of fragnance, its 'OK' but not something I would like to continue.

Best deal
An inexpensive must musk deo having a pleasant long lasting feminine smell, great for gifting to the ladies. Will buy more before the 25% discount goes down which flipkart usually does after the initial launch. This is one hell of an offer with the genuiness guarantee of flipkart.

AWESOME PRODUCT
This is indeed a great product. I bought one last week. But with the deo being very good had to place orders for more. As usual from flipkart, the orders were delivered in three days flat.. Planning to gift this to few others who inquired about the product..
