Really not worth it...
Got this a couple of months back. There is no real "infrared heating element" and though the build quality is ok, there is a not too good feeling with the whole apparatus that makes a connection between your back and your knee using a strap. I think it doesn't really give any extra comfort and a firm pillow at the lower back would have given better results.
Good effect on my back
Though it gives a soothing heat effect on the back, and I can detach the heating part, at my will.
The main feature is the lumbar traction, as it really corrects my sitting posture and doesn't let me slouch in front of my laptop, as I used to do earlier.
Overall, my back muscles feel better and I can move around without pain in my lower back.
