I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

amazing product with quick delevery
its a decent one time buy digi-thermometer but i am used to DegC but the display shows only DegF
neways thats the least prob and neither its difficult to convert into DegF to DegC
easy math formula

Broke down in 2nd usage itself, tastes bitter
The thermometer looks ugly, and tastes bitter. i don't know if they have applied some medicine for antiseptic properties, but it tastes so bitter that one has to gulp down sweets and water after using this thermometer. And the worst thing happened that it broke down near the tip, i mean broke in 2 pieces now. Only wires are connected, the body broke. Bad experience, i expected a good digital thermometer but this one disappointed me
