Not a pleasant massager
I have used the full couch like massager and bought this with great expectations. However this is a disappointment, you feel pain in the back after a while. I called FK to return and refund but they never called back. Better invest more and buy a proper full body massager.

amazing product
i bought this product from some other vendor but i am really impressed by its build quality and performance. i recommend it to all who spend lots of time on their study chairs. it relaxes neck and back muscles and relieves all the stress.

Unhappy with Flipkart and the seller
Firstly the product never worked since I received it. Tried contacting seller several times but failed, finally got through to Seller via Flipkart after numerous phone calls. Decided to take back the product and refund. Service is okay till this point however i was refunded only as Flipkart WALLET where you are obliged to buy only from WSRetail. Items which i wanted to buy are not available in WSRetail. Moreover the most annoying part is that its a gift :(
