Just One More Season

Just One More Season is a humorous story describing a number of men whose lives, over a lifetime, became intertwined. They all grew up during the great depression. Some served in WWII, and most served during the Korean War. They came from all parts of the country. They all, for various reasons, wound up in the mid-west. These are men who found themselves, decades later, playing softball with (and also competing against) each other -- this time it is during the twilight years of their lives. Many of them have endured much hardship along the way. In each case, the most prominent feature of their personality is their sense of humor.
