I t is a decent basic phone for the working class . I have gifted it to my home assistant. I would recommend it for all house holds to have such a handy phone for an emergency.

Average Product at reasonable price
Product is average. Mobile is light in weight, nice key pad, phone memory is horrible, two numbers cannot be stored at a time, battery last for two days max, sound input/output is very bad. This product is not at all recommendable. If karbonn company would ask me to exchange dis phone wid a good one, I wud go for the same. Absolutely No No......

this cell is not in use for me bec head phone is not useful in using rough nd tough .. and it has been damaged now .. nd service centre is not available ..in my living place..nd when i was odering they said in my town it is available but with bill i dint find any centres near to me..B4 u y hv a clear details...MP$ support is not there but cell phone is good oly but this features are 70% different after seeing mobile

good working only problem is regarding earpiece that sound humble rest is ok

I got cheated as non-working accessories provided in online purchase
Charger & handsfree were not working.
Also the phone was not registered for warranty.
I have to run to Service Centre 10 times for 1000 rs. phone
My suggestion never ever buy this phone.

a value for money product.dual sim is really a blessing.though i am pretty much bother and angry about the memory part.though it supports memory card (micro-sd card) but having no internal memory , at least 1mb is really bothering.you can not dwnload any ring tone or extra messages into it
