i bought the karbonn smart tab a month ago,today it stopped working.I can't even power on the tab . I waited nearly 5 months for the tab to come into the markets. in the specification of karbonn smart tab it has bluetooth,but real it is a joke. I called the karbonn mobiles supporters but they are not answering the call.

I really don't understand the reviews from some users like Atul Jaiswal, Sarika, they are misleading customers. Do they even know about this tab.
There is no bluetooth on this tab and processor looks good only on paper, its 1.2 Xbust processor hardly supports any Google apps. Camera is useless, you cannot use any video chat app on this tab.

This is a below average tablet, Micromax Funbook is far better than this. Worst part is the lack of support from Karbonn

i like this karbonn tablet but battery not charge 100%. Battery backup is not good whatever it has given. dongle connection is not proper for every dongle. battery going down when i connect internet. safety remove option is not display. sim card slot is not available. front camera is not so clear. sound is not hear able. battery not charge in low time.

I bought this tab recently and believe me i compared this device with micromax tab,hcl tab and many more but in these segment this tab is a good option. All of us know that in this cost we are not going to get an apple tab or samsung once. It support any data card not like micromax which supports only tata photon plus. There are many applications which are nice.

This tab is for starters and kids. If you are an IT specialist or some programming guy then its not ur cup of tea.

2) Apps - Not supporting most of the apps like skype (Any call software), Temple run and 80% apps
3) Batt. not good
4) Sometimes its hanging. Getting lines on display
5) Not worth for money

My Review is mostly in comparison with the competition, that's Micromax Funtab.

I chose Karbonn over Micromax for three major reasons...

1. Better looking
2. Bigger battery
3. Better front Camera

Looks good but heavier than Funtab. Also what's the use of a front camera if none of the Video Chat applications work. Battery backup is good though.

This tab sucks I have worked on it and Micromax Funbook and I recommend that everybody should buy Micromax Funbook. You can see many reviews on the of both Micromax Funbook and Karbonn Smart tab. Although Micromax has a 0.3mp camera and bad mic(Some Reviews Say there is no mic) but it has all the rest of features better than Karbonn smart tab. You all can view the Micromax fun book on Flipkart and decide what you want Karbonn or Micromax.(Have used both personally).

I am using Karbonn Smart Tab from last 3 Months and I found it a great device. I am really glad to buy such an advanced device at lower cost. It is much better than Micromax Funbook.

Dongle compatibility is very good
Touch is very smooth
Screen quality is even better than other brands
Processor speed is awesome
I can easily connect it with TV using its HDMI support

Before I start reviewing this tab, the first thing i got to keep in mind is that this ain't no Galaxy Tab, or a Blackberry, or for that matter an i-Pad. And hence, comparing it with the likes of above mentioned products, would be unfair!

For the price range of a mere 7k, i'd say, its worth it! I mean, I read all the negative reviews of the people, but seriously, it ain't that bad a tab altogether!

For starters, its battery back up is pretty much decent!
And then, you got google play install...

My kid is enjoying it a lot. Bang for the bucks.

At this device, this device packs lots of features. not having the calling facility is actually fine.

I highly recommend this device. Only thing is screen quality is low, which is common at this price range. But still enjoyable and usable.
