About Author :
Dr. Harish Ramaswamy has over 19 years of experience in teaching and research in the Post-graduate Department of Political Science both at the University of Mysore, Mysore and at Karnataka University, Dharwad.
S.S. Patagundi (b.1953) is a Professor of Political Science at the Karnataka University, Dharwad, India. Earlier, he was a faculty in Political Science at the Lingaraj College, Belgaum. He has worked as Chariman of the Post-graduate Department of Political Science, Karnataka University, Dharwad for two terms from 1998 to 2000 and 2004 to 2006.
Dr. S.H. Patil was formerly a Professor of Political Science at Karnataka University, Dharwad. He has many books to his credit. His lessons are published in the form of three books by the Bangalore University and changing bases of Federal Units in India.
