A:I go out in the sun light after applying this cream however it may vary from skin to skin.I would suggest you should go for Kaya's "Brightening Day Cream" as it comes with SPF and UV protection.

A:After bath or anytime after u wash Face use the nourisher. it's not a moisturizer so in winters u need to apply moisturizer on it and sunscreen in summers
