Bad Product, worse serviceI had purchased this water purifier mostly going by their advertisements, a decision I heavily regret. The filter stalled after two months of operation. The UV Lamp failed repeatedly. I have been struggling to get it repaired since then. Service agents have replaced almost every component in it, some parts more than once. Their service is pathetic, mainly because they do not really have any owned service centre, it seems to be mostly sourced out to unprofessional vendors. Worst ServiceWater qualiy is awesome but service is not upto mark. i have to replace each part of this Purifier every two months local vendors are making huge money on the name of sales and service i have spent almost 10,000/- bugs on its repair. very bad experience.

Product is good but with no serviceI am planning to change the Kent RO with other competitive product becuase there is no service at all. As a part of regular service they just come and check the TDS level that's it. Ideally they should be doing a reverse flushing to remove the residue from the inlet of various filtering unit within Kent RO. There is no preventive maintenance and will respond only if complaint made by the customer. For this the logic is that Kent is having only one or two service representatives, who are mostly busy with complaints, hence dont have time for preventive maintenance. Please do not buy any Kent ProductI purchased my Ken Grand plus in Sep 2009 and till date I have spent about 3100+1100+700+500+3500....Every time, I catches some sickness and I end paying for a costly "Doctor and medicine" ( Service & spare part). Within first year, a quack from Kent team came and broke water tank and water started leaking. After a lot of fight, I got it replaced free of cost, which took me almost 4-5 months...

Kent Pockets PurifierPlease dont get trapped by Hema Malini's advertisements for Kent, this is most pathetic product i have ever purchased, worst service, company don't even have their own service centers, within 6 months of purchase i have changed almost everything in it still it keeps failing. Kent motor stopped working after 1.5 monthI bought Kent grand + on 9th Nov,2013. after 1.5 month, motor is not working.
