Kent Pearl Water Purifier

The purifier might own the best purification technology but it comes in cheap plastic container and accessories.

The day the purifier was installed at my place i found 2 faults with the same:
1) Float refused to auto-shut the machine and luckily i saw it in time before it flood my kitchen floor.
2) The tap was leaking water 24/7 and i had to keep a bucket underneath to prevent a watery floor.

After numerous calls, some guys turned up to fix the same. They replaced the malfunctioning float and tap.

After just a week, the tap snapped into 2. I tried calling the area director Mr. Bikash Agarwal (mob no: 9900035368) to fix the same and told i would be charged for the same. I was surprised to hear that i was being blamed for the same. I understand tap can break after maybe an year or 2 of service, but after a week???!!!

If this is the way things go i think i might end up changing taps 4 times a month and face several other issue.

All in all, the service is a big time mess and they don't care if we are satisfied with the product or not.

I am sure a google of this product would report all these issues. I did the same too before purchase. I just hoped the issues would have been fixed with the newer products. But that was in vain. Refrain for this product or any Kent water purifier for that matter.

Please don't buy this product if you are in KOlkata, west Bengal. It has worst Customer care service here. Initially, I was promised service for every 4 months..later they denied and said that service only be provided after 6 months in warranty period. That is twice in the waarranty period. Moreover, if your purifier gets malfunctioning your original filters will be replaced by local filters and not by Kent filters. Nobody picks up Toll free numbers..even if your file your grievances online on Kent site..there is no response.Kent has worst service here. It is better to buy product which has got better service.I am really disappointed. I didnot bought this product from flipkart but gave my feedback so that my friends gets benefitted.

the biggest problem is they have holes everywhere, which allows cockroaches to get inside and fall into the water every now and then. this becomes so common that we are so frustrated that we have decided to throw away this and take a local RO system. When contacting the Kent, they say, they cannot help, but to spray the cockroaches replant. How in this world can we drink the cockroach replant which gets mixed with the water ad that to in a house where have many kids.

I have been using this product since 2 months and i am very satisfied.

Earlier i had a purifier of some different company but due to a sudden deterioration of the water supplied to our area, it wasn't able to provide us with proper drinking water. It started off with few diseases and we were suggested to switch on to a better water purifier by the doctor.

So we bought kent pearl water purifier ... it is really very effective and its features like auto start and water storage tank are the highlight of it. The storage tank can be taken out so its yet another benefit and it ease the cleaning process.

All in all , its a real good product , i am very much satisfied and a Thumbs Up to Kent ...
