I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?
Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. The seller will be notified of the return request.

The Kent Ultra water purifier filters disease causing germs, hence providing healthy drinking water at homes, schools, colleges and offices. The Kent Ultra appliance is an electrical water purifier. There are 3 stages of advanced UV filtration process which is good in removing many species of bacteria and viruses. The stage one of the filtration process is the Micron Sediment filter which makes sure it removes dirt dust and sand particles from the water.
The stage two is where the water flows through the Activated carbon filter which removes 99 per cent of chlorine and organic chemicals. This process enhances reduction of taste, odour, colour and enhancement. The last stage is the UV chamber where the water utilizes the 11 W UV lamp to purify water. This specially designed water purifier has an input voltage power requirement from the range of 100 - 300 V. The Ultra water purifier by Kent can be wall mounted in your kitchen to save space on the kitchen counter.

Defective product
Extremely disappointed by this product. Got it replaced twice by flipkart but everytime I received a defective product. Kent seriously needs to work on quality control.
I ordered the product on 5th March 2013. After after delayed shipping and multiple followups, I received a defective product. The purifier had a leakage and the installation person informed that one of the cylinders in the product is leaking and I should get the product replaced. I received replacement on 22nd March which was again defective. I am now looking to get purifier from another company. God save Kent!

Never buy
Never try purchase this water purification system...i was like under trap by its rating.......it can not be like a simple purifier too......I can see dust the particle in water by my naked eye...I dont understand why i gone for this product.....
I dont want to blame Flipkart...Their service is good...
