Couldn't help but post this review after reading all the stupid reviews about the write speed
To my knowledge all microUSB devices are 2.0 or lower. Kingston description states,
"Built with On The Go USB 3.0 and a microUSB interface"
Note the 'and' in between. Which precisely means a USB 3.0 port and a microUSB port which obviously is version 2.0. You'll get the USB 3.0 speed only when using it with a USB 3.0 port in your computer. As for the microUSB ...

Transfer speed not as promised
Transfer speed is slow. Read speed is good but write speed is same as USB 2.0, which is pretty disappointing. Tried it with mp4 and mkv files.
Still, since it does the job and has a good price, I will give it 4 stars.

Useful Micro Usb + Normal Usb pen drive
It gives me great flexibility to connect with either of my devices.
Easily connects with Samsung Note 2 and my Windows 7 laptop.
I can easily transfer movies,songs,data from my mobile to this pen drive.
Also have a small loop to put it in key chain though it wont go directly in key chain ring as the loop is square and small.
Still very useful.

Multi purpose pendrive
Data transfer is fast than usual 2.0 one.
This pendrive gets heated when you keep it connected with your device for long hours and probably because of metal body. However, it is totally understandable that pendrive is made for data transfer and every device gets heated when you use it for long hours so not a big issue.
