I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Most Awful Flash Drive Ever
Me and my brother purchased two of these,both started having issues in the second or third day of use I guess. And then it wouldn't mount. Sent the units to service center and yet to grab a reply.
Also cheap,tacky build quality.
Avoid these.

Best Pendrive to Trust !!!
I am having a great experience with this pendrive because:
- It works very fast. 8 MBps of writing speed & 20 MBps of reading speed.
- This is a Rugged Type pendrive. Very suitable for Rough Users.
- It comes with a very Good Warranty of 5 Years. !!
>> Please don't go on the looks of the Products ( and even humans !!). Though this Pendrive don't look stylish, but it gives maximum performance and sufficient Warranty..

I have used three models of different makes:
Transcend JetFlash 300 4 GB, using for 4yrs.
Kingston DTIG3-8 GB, using for 1yr.
Sandisk Cruzer Edge 16 GB, using for 6 months.
Kingston DTIG3 is
- the fastest of these three
- best in built quality.
I have recently ordered one more from Flipkart. It was delivered in less than 48hrs.

Farce on ur face
guys and gals,
my honest recommendation for this product is please DONT buy it.
It has got a very slow write speed ( 4.5 Mbps) and read speed (13.5 Mbps).
although the read speed is manageable, u will have a hard time copying something into the drive.
I havent tested the pen drive on a XP system, but have done so on Win vista and win 7. Approximately you need 25 mins to fully load the pen drive (7.3 GB). I tested writing 10 movies totalling 7.3 GB and it took me a clean 25 mins +
so not worth the money. AVOID
