I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

kingston....the brand..speak for itself
i got this ram today....i have sony vaio e series.... previously 2 gb ram installed in it.. my laptop has win 7 64 bit so its bit heavy for the 2 gb ram so i have decided to upgrade it to 6 gbs ..previously i thought of transcend but considering the brand quality i decided to choose kingston.. previously my win index rating was 4.6 now its 5.6 which is the improved rating of 3d desktop aero and my memory rating now increased to 7.2 which is a perfect figure i guess..previously the physicaly maemory usage was 75 % but now it reduced to only 23%.. which provides an excelent speed to my vaio... and i am totally satisfied with it... go for kingston if u want a perfect ram...and quality...

Best Available Ram for laptop on this price
all the Kingston ram are the same, 1655rs/1300rs "DDR3-1333/PC3-10600"
the difference between all kingston DDR3-1333/PC3-10600 is branding it for specific company like dell, hp and so on.
no difference in specifications.
and +point on no branded Kingston RAM is you will get 5years of warranty instead of 3.
and Kingston RAM is best compared to all the other companies like transcend, g-skill etc, g-skill DDR3-1600 is not compatible with almost all the laptops. no doubt it will work on your laptop but on 1333 speed only.

Good One
I have Dell Inspiron 14R, this will come with 2 GB RAM. This is not enough for me, i have searching many RAMS but finally i have select it. This is the best choice for me at the lowest price my laptop rating is increase to 5.9 from 4.6 and memory rating is 7.3 from 5.5 now this is soo fast.
Finally about Flipkart packaging is good, product ia 100% genuine
but iam very disaapointed to shipping service the is reached to me in 14 days from the date of order it is too Late......otherwise everything is okkkkk.

Perfect in my Sony Vaio VPCEG13FX
Got 4 GB for my Sony Vaio VPCEG13FX and it is a perfect upgrade for performance. 1333 is supported by the current Core i5 processors and helps in additional performance.
I Highly recommended this RAM for your notebooks. I am sure the additional RAM will help to speed up all your Intel based Notebooks.

Easy to install and good to use
Purchased the product for my Sony VPCEH25EN. It's working perfectly fine. Delivery was prompt. I got the product on very next day of my order. Installation tips are mentioned along with the product. Moreover it's extremely easy to install in above mentioned laptop of sony. For a RAM upgrade of Sony laptop, don't even consider going to authorized service centers. They charge extremely high.(For the same upgrade at showroom, cost quoted was Rs.4000/-)
