How do I place a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) order?
All items that have the "Cash on Delivery Available" icon are valid for order by Cash on Delivery.
Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select "Pay By Cash on Delivery". Enter the CAPTCHA text as shown, for validation.
Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.

If you are not satisfied with the fit of the product, you can exchange it within 30 days of delivery at no extra cost. You can seek an exchange of a different size or color. Alternatively, you can return the product for Flipkart Wallet Credits which can be used to place a fresh order.

I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?
Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. The seller will be notified of the return request.
Once the seller accepts the return request, the item will be recalled and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you by the seller at no extra cost. Soft and blendable
Softer than wood pencils (faber castle etc) and blends readily. No waxy feel during application. Strong chroma, hue angles for the 6 colors very harmonious for blending. 154mm, 7mm dia with lacquer coating. Colors are: 1 yellow light (lemon yellow), 4 green light (sap green), 6 blue light (cobalt blue), 9 (vermilion), 11 brown (burnt sienna), 12 black. [Color 9 is not on the Koh-i-noor color chart. Approximate colors in paren.]
