This little book by the Theosophic author G.S. Arundale is a masterpiece on the subject. Despite its occasional delving into Theosophic doctrines, it is one of the few books on Kundalini, the Serpent Fire, from an experiential perspective. Kundalini is an important subject and this work may prove a valuable source to the student and the general reader, who should carefully study the matter from every perspective before attempting to arouse this potent inner force.
