I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Horrible story and game-play
Don't buy this game, it neither entertains nor thrills, just a boring guise of a game. Horrible is one word that aptly describes it. Save your money, and buy something like Call of Duty/GT5/Uncharted etc.
Here's my best advice, never buy a PS3 game without going through its' review!
