but if u have oily eye lids.... its irritating.....
even otherwise...
it starts chipping off.... yeah... it starts coming out in the form layers... and within 2 to 3 hours of application. most of it is completely gone.
no.. it doesn't smudge... thats good.
but i go to college. i don't get to run to the washroom all the time to do my make up again and again.
