I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?
Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. The seller will be notified of the return request.

Good Product
I am very happy with the product. The blotting paper attached is a good innovative idea and now i dont have to look around for waste paper.
The ink could be more thick and dark.
Also the cost is high. Refill packs should be there for customers who want good quality as well as reasonable cost.
