He has immersed himself in old records and manuscripts, observed the oceans and mountains and visiting ancient archeological sites. All this for the sake of finding out how the history of the nation has actually come about.

About the Author

Sanjeev Sanyal is a Global Strategist in one of the world’s largest banks. He is also a writer in his spare time. In 2010 he was named the Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. He has written another book called The Indian Renaissance: India’s Rise After A Thousand Years of Decline.
