Language Of The Heart

Melissa was born in Oklahoma in 1983. Growing up, she had a passion for reading. Her mother always said she would catch her reading a book in the middle of the night, something most kids wouldnt do. That passion has continued to stay with her all her life. English classes fueled her passion for books, and later on, for writing. When asked to do a writing assignment for a school project, she worked hard to do her best. Her final project was just the beginning of her new life as a writer. With every dream, thought, feeling or imagination came more works from the depths of her heart. As you read this book, the poems will take you on a journey through the mind of someone who had dreams and fearssomeone who lived in pain.
