Laptop Cooling Pad Zeb-NC4000

First of all I have a Dell XPS with i7 which gets heated a lot after gaming(upto 53C I guess), hence bought this cooling pad.

And now, even after playing Crysis 2 for about an hour or so my laptop still is cool - 2300 RPM fans are just perfect which btw operate without making a slightest noise.

About the build quality, its not top notch, but its sturdy enough to hold a weight of upto 3Kg.

I would recommend this cooling pad only if you have a laptop greater than 15", else the fans will be useless.

The rpm of the fan might be 2400 rpm, but it doesn't give a good cooling effect... it sucks the air and throws in out below.. i would recommend a fan which blows air directly at your lappy, i have a studio 1558 with a 9 cell battery.. so its a bit elevated.. hence this doesnt cool it at all.. since the fan is at its sides, the middle bottom of the laptop remains hot... plus its not very comfortable, while typing, the laptop keeps shaking, hence i wouldn't recommend this!!!

I am fairly happy with the product, though it's not anything great. It fits my 15'6 laptop perfectly well, though as some reviewers have stated it does extend a little on the side. It does not directly blow air at your laptop, it works as an exhaust. The cooling itself is decent to my surprise (as one reviewer stated that exhaust fans aren't effective). I'm an avid gamer and I play games like BF3, Crysis 2 and MW3 a lot, sometime more than 6 hours straight. If your budget is under 1K then this is the product to go. And yeah, the build quality of the product is not that great and plastic feels cheap, but the aluminium finish makes up for it :)

Got it 2 days before the expected date of delivery so that's kinda cool of Flipkart. As for the product, the design is really neat, doesn't look cheap at all. Fit my TOSHIBA Satellite L-300 (15.4') really well; with 15.6' laptops the laptop would extend just a little on either sides. The fans are cool, cleanable, do not make that much of a noise. I bought the first one for my brother & am ordering me a second one. The only downside to this product is that it consumes a USB port (I mean the USB port offered is not like the ones one would find in a Cooler Master Notepal X Lite & such, so that's a downfall) which is a little problematic unless one is happy to use a USB port hub. It's good to go with 15.4' laptops & SONY VAIOs & 17' laptops.

First of all, the service by Flipkart was really good. I got the product the very next day. As for the product, it is a good product overall, but it does have its minus points.
As expected from a cooling pad, it really helps with the heating problem of the laptop. The fan speeds are good enough to keep your laptop temperature satisfactory, even after long continuous use. However, the cons of this product are:
1. It blows the air outwards instead of inwards, which can be a problem i your laptopss internal fan is not as fast as the cooler fans.
2. The fans cover a pretty small area of the base of the laptop.
3. The cooling pad is actually a stand too, and the minimum elevation it gives sometimes gets annoying. Also, the wires connected to your laptop can get tangled in the lower portion of the pad if you have a habit of moving the laptop around too much.
4. After sometimes, the wire connection for supplying power to the pad gets a little loose and you have to adjust it every now and then to keep it on.
