Our anti-hero Will Lee is once again involved in a strange adventure with his old Army buddies from the Cold War. As a member of the secret empire that was formed around the survivors from the Romanov Dynasty, Will must prove himself to be worthy of his position. In the fast-paced action, Will must deal with the issues of the betrayal of a friend and the personal dangers that he must face to protect this order. When the old leader of the secretive underground order is slain, Will must reluctantly take his place. As Will rises to the heights of power, he will pay the heavy, personal price that comes to an autocrat, and find out what it means to become a Tsar.
