Unusual title but a pleasent read
I was drawn to Law of Averages as I found the title intriguing. The story of the book justifies its title. Ritwik's love story has the ingredients of a bollywood story. Its humorous, witty and high on romance and action.
There are several things i liked about this book. It has a simple narrative where the protagonists jump from one misadventure to next. Plus there is a bollywood twist in the end.

The whole masala movie in the form of book !!
This is a light-hearted romantic novel aimed at young adults. It is an easy reading book written in simple language with good usage of funny interfaces. Law of averages has a filmy style plot with a lot of twists but has a happy ending. Interesting read
Its a sweet story narrated straight from the heart. I could relate to a disciplinarian father, an obedient daughter, a rebel sibling. Though few of the events are over the top but the story retains its initial flavour of tender innocent love story. The MMS incident was handled humorously without stooping to cheap publicity. All in all a good read.

My take: The narrative tone in this book is jovial and humorous and relatively easy to understand as the Author paid special attention to the readers of Raj comics who are more attuned to Hindi language. Love Story With Bollywood Tadka
Though the author has used incidents from his life there is enough Bollywood masala in the book. The hero takes risk to win his love and is ready to go to any extremes which creates problems for him. Well the book was simple and easy read . Can be finished in a flight from Delhi to Bangalore.
