About Author :
Andrew J. DuBrin, Ph.D. is a professor of management at the College of Business at the Rochester Institute of Technology. He received a Ph.D. in psychology from Michigan State University (1960) and M.S. in industrial psychology from Purdue University (1957). He is a certified psychologist with 35 years experience in the psychology of business. He has written many books and dozens of articles on applied psychology. He is the President and Psychologist of Andrew J. DuBrin and Associates.
