Expected more

I went thru George Mathew's (appupen) cartoon's in some website and i found it funny, sarcastic funny. Bought this book hoping for more of the same. First of all, i was taken by surprise since this is the first time i am seeing a graphic novel without words. In a way this made the reading easy. Read the entire book in like 15 mins and left me wondering why i paid so much for this book. The imagery is good. But is that enough...

Simple & Elegant

Unlike other books, LoH directly pushes you into imaginary world that does not require linguistics for articulation. It purely dwells on the primitive yet elegant technique of storytelling - perception.

Blew my mind!

While I expected to order Appupen's Legends of Halahala, I was very pleasantly surprised and shocked to see the biography of Mark Zuckerberg in it's place. That was EXACTLY what I (or rather, my subconscious mind) had wanted, not a graphic novel with no words.
