I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Overall, a good boom box
Pros:
-Good sound clarity & reasonable volume with minimal distortion levels.
-Digital tuning of FM stations and storing for easy recall.
-Good FM reception.
-Has a useful small wireless remote included, which can be used for almost all functions such as to turn the set ON, OFF, select FM stations, select volume levels, etc. This has not been mentioned in Flipkart's specs.
- Has a Blue LED display of function, FM stations, etc.
- Good and simple layout of function buttons on the set. Easy to use.
- The Aux IN can be used with phones and MP3 devices to play back music.
-Ipod dock, which includes capability to play video tracks, with the set hooked up with a TV (simple video cable included).
- Fairly compact and portable.
- Flipkart's delivery and packing - TOPCLASS as usual. It is really is the Gold standard for judging other e-shops!
Cons:
- No USB port.
- Remote has similar looking round buttons, a bit fiddly to use.
-The LED display is clearly visible only in a rather narrow field-of-view.
-Lenco's footprint in India and after-sales support is an unknown quantity.
- For those expecting a large boom box - beware! This is a fairly small, flat and compact item that's suited for use in the kitchen or for the kid's room.
