except for too sensitive elan touchpad which freaks one out, this package is a good budget laptop...2gb ram might be too less ..but you have a slot free to add later...still if you can shell out a few quids more, then i5 with 4gb should definitely be your choice

Got this superb product 3 weeks back and I am very much happy with Laptop and Flipkart's service.

On this product -
1. Intel I3 3rd Gen 2.5 GHz processor works very well. Had been multitasking various processes and Intel has not disappointed me.
2. 2 GB RAM - Have installed Win 7 and yes I feel I need to add 2 GB to my system to make it 4GB. I guess if I install linux, 2 GB might be enough for my use.
3. 1 TB HDD - It's huge. I have most of my songs/movie/personal backup on my system

A good configuration and quite good a laptop if you can look past the touch pad. The touch pad is over sensitive and behaves erratically (Gets 'selected or clicked' with the slightest variation in touch, can get messy at times). But if you do not or can not carry around a mouse, then look for other models paying 2-3k extra. You can just disable the tap function in the touch pad properties as well, and use the left click key instead. The design is old but a powerful configuration inside.

I found this product defective. The WiFi is not working. As I informed this to Flipkart, but they respond it as they have no risk once sold. Because I immediately informed Flipkart within 5 days of delivery after checking.. But its around 22 days but they have not replaced the product yet.
