The Apt power adapter and Best in Class Service
Hi,
Once again Flipkart proves that they are the Master/Pioneer in Blind-Folded online shopping upholding the Trust, Promptness and Quality in the Product. As my lenovo G5100 laptop is an Old one, and charger got damaged, i was hesitated to Shell 1277/- [as on 4.3.13]. Only by closely viewing the given product picture i chose the charger and this perfectly suits my laptop and its an original one with 1 year warranty. I am more happy as i had changed my Shipping address on the same day of ordering the product. In spite of that Flipkart with right communication and proper methods delivered it by 6.3.13 at 04.30 PM. Thanks for this Happy shopping Xperience.

Amazng service by Flipkart
Pros.
The charger seems to be working just fine, for my Lenovo G470 laptop. Its a 4 year old model.
The price here is about 700 Rs cheaper than market price. And the product got deliverd within 3 days, which is amazing.
Cons.
The length of the cable at one side seems to be shorter than my previous damaged laptop adaptor.

Wrong Item Delivered & no response even after complaint
i ordered lenovo ideapad 65w which is compatible with my laptop. But i got lenovo thinkpad 65W which is not even having the pin which compatible. n i complained about it and they told 72 hrs. of time to contact back and do the needful. but already one week is over and no response till this time. Custmer care is one of the worst i guess.

as they promised, i got it in 3 business days, for a less price than in the market and its working fine..U cant get it easily this from outside,since its an old model..
pros:

My laptop G 450 is working again. Regarding product[lenovo adapter], it is working fine, original and at 36% less cost than market price. More over power cord that was not shown with the image at the time of ordering is also enclosed. I must say best service, best product and best price.
