When you contact a Service Provider, you must follow the problem determination and resolution procedures specified. Some problems can be resolved with a replacement part that you install yourself (such as keyboard, mouse, speaker, memory, hard disk drive, or port replicator), called a Customer Replaceable Unit or CRU. If so, your Service Provider will ship the CRU to you for you to install. If your Service Provider determines that it is unable to repair your product, your Service Provider will replace it with one that is at least functionally equivalent. If your Service Provider determines that it is unable to either repair or replace your product, your sole remedy is to return the product to your place of purchase or to Lenovo and your purchase price will be refunded. Bang for the buck gaming mouseI was in the market for a gaming mouse since my run of the mill rodent was failing on me so while looking at the Logitech G300/400, I accidentally stumbled onto this. Had the money but didn't really feel like spending a 4 digit sum on a mouse right now so I opted for this. Not a single pro review going around so apart from the reviews on this site from the customers who bought it, there wasn't much to go on apart from the Lenovo brand name so it was a bit of a gamble but its been a solid product so far.

Bang for your buckA really good mouse at first glance. its 10 cms in length and 8 cms in width. The LED above the silver button is used to toggle the dpi(in other terms, the sensitivity of the mouse).

Best value for performanceI have been using this for a while, and let me tell you - at this price you won't get a better laser mouse. While you may want to install some mouse button remapping software for standard windows work, in modern games the extra buttons can be mapped easily and are pretty handy.

Awesome MouseI was expecting mouse with Back and previous button and super cool looks. i got all these features in this mouse. It is light weight and complete comfort while handling. Over all good mouse. I will recommend it to all.

Sigh.The left mouse button started having problems within 6 months of purchase. (It would double click when pressed once.) This same problem was why I left Logitech and bought this mouse. Greatly disappointed.

Great Gaming mouseWow, what a mouse! The looks are great, feels damn good like every other gaming mouses. Provides good grip, huge array of features. Buttons are in right position and are comfortable to use. Higher DPI means a smooth and better functionality. Much Comfortable and great product. Must have for gaming freaks.

buttons failed after 2 months of useThis mouse worked fine for the first 1-2 months. then the right button stopped working. after a few more months, the left button is also failing. the aux buttons get stuck and dont come out automatically. dont buy this mouse.
