Merits:
1. Good wireless range.
2. Well-padded headphones.
3.Good battery life.
Demerits:
1. Not at all recommended for music lovers. You will not have that clarity and loudness.
2. The head-band is not comfortable.
3.The mic reception is not so good.
4. A little heavy.

A decent product
Have been using this for a little over a year now and so far it has not given any kind of troubles. It comes with a USB dongle which will be the transmitter. It is simple plug and play. I tried it in XP and 7.
The battery back up is good, doesn't take a lot of time to charge.
The range is fine, serves my purpose well.
I still plug in my sennheisers when I want to listen to music. This is okay for movies and stuff. Not the best for music.

dont buy it........
sound quality is very poor in music,
you will be able to watch movies but u wont enjoy it as it get uncomfortable after an hour or so to wear them
