The title says it all.. The best laptop out there at this price range!! Must buy for ppl lookin at a good entertainment laptop and for medium gaming!!
Its 3rd gen I5 processor is top class!!!
3rd gen I5==2nd gen I7.. No need to tell more abt that!! ;)

and 1gb(Dedicated obviously) of GT 630M can play most games out there today and for next 2 years to come!! :P
Display is good, sound wid dolby tech s awesome!! Battery backup lasts around 4 hours but not when u r gaming!!
And it has 2 USB 3.0 not 2 like specified here!! :)
Overall a nice buy for the price!! and a 3 year warranty from lenovo for this model s a bonus!! HE HE HE!!! :)

those with 315960 can now move 2 second place.i was going to buy that 1 earlier on but this takes the cake,the cherry,the bakery home.
2gb graphics is not necessary as companies only boast about it.only thing that matters is core speed,threading etc which is equal to gt540m.it has intel third generation i5.

only negative is that it has a plain screen.i wish some1 would help me with the colours.otherwise there is not a game in the world it dosent run. A M A Z I N G.buy with closed eyes.

I bought this laptop form flipkart. Kudos to their service, I received it before the promised date neatly packed.
About the laptop.
1. Best value for money if your requirements are not too much processor/GPU intensive like high end gaming,etc.
2. The design is good and feels solid, and the corei5 processor can take almost anything thrown at it without any complain what so ever.
3. Good robust feel of laptop and the features are comparable to the best in this price range.
4. Superior sound quality.
5. Excellent for day to day computing as well as watching movies or playing games.
6. Battery life is pretty decent - can watch 2 movies back to back and still have time left for plenty of other tasks.
7. 1 GB nvidia graphics enough for most of the pre - 2011 games.I upgraded my ram to 8 GB so far so good :)
8. The back pack provided as an offer is not bad and the windows 8 upgrade offer is attractive.

Cons:
Didn't find any for my kind of usage as such.

1) Screen resolution would have been better... not that I am complaining but game enthusiasts may not like it.
2) Graphic card Nvidia GT 630m's performance not so impressive on latest games.
3) Some bloatware like veriface etc.. comes bundled, though very less compared to other brands, but these can be safely uninstalled.
4) Highly recommended for students, occasional gamers and people with medium to high requirements.
5) Important: Don't be a hurry to upgrade to windows 8 since many driver issues are still unresolved.

Its a nice one.I mean after searching and inquiring for almost 2 months, finally u will get the best of all...
Problems with dell- heavy, after 1 year its performance gets reduced, heats up!
problems with hp- battery.After 6 months,it gives less battery backup (only 6 month battery warranty), its service is not that good, heats up.
Lenovo overcomes all these problems.
Pros-
1) Battery backup better than all other laptops (a bit more than 4 hours while playing movies and doing normal stuff)
2) Less heating
3) Nice sound. Dolby digital with home theater (Could have been better)
4) good inbuilt softwares like energy managment(takes care that battery isnt overcharged. there is an option where you can choose...charge till 60% only..after that it uses powersupply for power), one key recovery, Dedusting( can remove the dust by making the cooling fan run faster ) adjusting the speed of cooling pad, veri face for face recognition, etc
5) i got this laptop with 2nd and 3rd year warranty free (offer was going on.) with one year accidental warranty
6) service is really good. less than dell but still good

cons :
1) the touch pad is very big (interrupts in typing) and its made of some different material than normal touch pads. so after a long use, it gets a bit hard to use it (moisture).
2) only 1gb graphic card

now this is a personal opinion
some people say nvidia is better than amd radeon, some say its other way round
but its not like that. it depends on the series. Some people say that AMD heats up more than nVidia. Well that was a long time ago. Now its good. AMD is even cheaper than nVidia

My opinion. do go for it. its better than any other laptop having same configuration.

I DID NOT BUY IT FROM FLIPKART. But thought of sharing the experience as I was helped by the other reviews here.It came lot cheaper in a retail store (42K exact, with lots of meaningful goodies).

After a lot of R&D finally purchased it (Metallic Grey- 59-333345). Absolutely thrilled by the features it offers.

Corei5 (3rd Gen) is a real macho and with a good RAM & dedicated Nvidia-GT, the machine is truly a Beast!!

Now, finally, I am able to edit my 1080P videos without any lags. (Built in Win Live Video Editor is pretty efficient).

The built in Dolby HTv4 is really cool along with Realtek HD

BUT the jaw really dropped when it was connected to my Onkyo-HT3400 with a HDMI. Delivery of Dolby-True HD and DTS Master Audio was flawless and with panache. Tried a few common players, but the built in Lenovo Power DVD is hassle and clutter free and delivers the best.

No cons so far. Battery seems to be reasonable with the usage.

If you are looking for the best with a budget between 40K-45K [I am sure you can nego and narrow it to that :)]…this is THE choice.!!!
