Lessons in Marketing Excellence (2009 - 2010) - a Marketing and Business challenge launched by CNBC-TV18 & HUL across 12 premier Business schools in India. The objective of this inter B-school challenge was to provide students with an exciting opportunity to work on live projects across various sectors identified by Unilever and CNBC-TV18. This initiative also aimed at encouraging teamwork, generating fresh marketing ideas and promoting industry interaction.
The Show Structure: 2 teams from each institute were selected at the end of the first round. In order to ensure that we do justice to the entries we received, the institute itself short listed the best 2 teams to represent their institute. (The final 2 shortlisted teams then presented to a jury comprising senior representatives from HUL, CNBC-TV18, MINT and a representative from the mentor organizations).
The winnings from all 12 B-Schools were then invited to present to a special jury at the CNBC-TV18 Studio in Mumbai. The top 2 teams then presented to our esteemed jury .- India's best known market strategist Rama Bijapurkar, from Hindustan Unilever, Executive Directors, Gopal Vittal and Shrijeet Mishra, filmmaker and Chairman of Lowe Lint's, R. Balki and Editor in Chief of CNBC Awaaz, Sanjay Pugalia.
