    About The Authors

    Dr. Sarita Davare is a well known practitioner of wellness and health management.

    Dr. Davare currently resides and practices in Mumbai. She holds an MD degree in Ayurveda and is a gold medalist. She has been awarded with Rajasthriya Savitri Award in Maharashtra in 2013, for her outstanding work in her field. She has worked for over 15 years in the field of pain management.

    Sanjeev Kapoor is a renowned celebrity chef and entrepreneur.

    His other books include Simple Home Baking, Cooking With Love: Vegetarian Recipes From My Mother's Kitchen, Noodles and Pasta, 100 Favourite Hand Picked Recipes, Healthy Indian Cooking For Diabetes, and Everyday Cooking.

    Kapoor was born in 1964 in Ambala. He holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management in Pusa. He has many television shows to his credit like Khana Khazana, and he also runs a food channel called FoodFood. He is also a judge on MasterChef Season 3 - Kitchen ke Superstar. He has four of his own brand of restaurants. He has received numerous awards for his outstanding culinary achievements like Best Chef of India and Best Executive Chef of India Award. Sanjeev Kapoor has written more than 150 cookbooks. Kapoor currently lives in Mumbai.

    Amazing book by Mr Kapoor and Ms Davare ! So many recipes in one book and all of them are so amazing to try!!!! Following the 3 diets are very very easy and you dont need to buy any expensive or imported items for that ! Highly recommended to everybody, especially dieters!

    practical approach....easy to follow....

    it has been about a week now--- since started the diet and lost about 2 kgs, with walking of about average 1.5km/day.
    planning to follow for a month at least with slowly increasing the walk distance to about 4km/day.
