I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

LOCK & LOCK Lunch Box - Small
They are very small as they appear in the picture. But the quality of the box and the cover is too good. One can purchase it if he/she doesn't require much food to keep. The contents will be warm even after 7 hours.

Good Buy
Lunch box was a good buy. Food stays hot for a long time. microwave safe so added advantage. However the lunch boxes are small in size. Delivery was swift. I recently bought another one for gifting purpose.
