I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Great immersive Joystick
WEll, i would like to start by saying that a Flight sim can only be called a simlulator if it actually brings the thrill of flying and controlling a aircraft right at your desk. I am thankful to logitech to have brought this awesome gaming gizmo into existence. Not only is Logitech extreme 3D pro accurate to the dot but also is very robustly built .
The best part is the installation its a breeze even a 10 yr old can get it done in a matter of mins .
I've been playing IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 with this and the thrill and realism in control you get is just excellent .
P.S : Twist rudder control is awesome .
Three cheers to the flipkart team though. you guys have always delivered a product well before the time . Keep it up guys.

great joystick for FS2004/FSX
a great joystick in this price range, this logitech product offers great build quality and just the right levels of customization for flying any aircraft of their choice (though i would have absolutely loved it if it would have been ambidextrous like the logitech attack 3....)the twist rudder function is particularly useful for flying helicopters....i m having a great time using this wonderful joystick, it really added wings to my flight simulation experience!!!!

Worth every rupee
Logitech stuff is always good.. had the attack 3 earlier now using this one... its comfortable, has rudder control and hat switch. all of which make it perfect for flight sims. The joystick itself feels sturdy and is sure not to break even if you start flying with too much enthusiasm (indicating good build quality). it has a heavier base which makes it possible to push forward on the joystick without tipping the whole thing over (was a problem with the attack 3)

Great to use with Microsoft Flight Simulator (Gold Edition)
I am using this with Microsoft Flight Simulator (Gold Edition) and find it very responsive. I enjoy playing FSX with this joystick. This is the first time I brought this kind of joystick and I am impressed. At a local store that I enquired, the price is more by around Rs.100. Flipkart price is the best for this item as far as I know.
Only thing I miss is force feedback, but not sure if any such models have force feedback. I did a test of this joystick with HAWX game, it was nice, but did not play a complete mission.
Overall, I liked this one. I feel happy that I brought this product.

Great Joystick on a budget
Bought this for IL-2 Sturmovik and now using for Flight Simulator X, H.A.W.X also.
Good design for a right hander
Good weight at the bottom for stability
Button placement is really good
Twist Rudder is really useful especially on IL-2
Love the color scheme
IL-2 was very difficult without a joystick unlike FSX/H.A.W.X
This stick made it playable...Now the take-off landing and maneuvering are really good. The benefit of the rudder really show up when you are chasing and gunning down enemy planes.
