I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Best Multifunction Remote!!
I am Logitech universal remote user for over 5 years now, I have used various models. I currently have 3 Logitech remote of various models. All Logitech remotes work in a similar model but few features differ and this one is one of the most expensive model with everything you need in a remote.
If you have more than 3 devices at one place then this device would be very helpful. This remote has something called as Activity, through this you can switch on all the devices at the same time and control multiple devices withou any hassle.
You can configure this remote using a computer, lot of customization options are availabe and the database of devices keeps updating. Also you need internet connection to configure this remote.
Power off is the best key, even if you have 5 devices (including AC), it switches off in a single button. You no longer need all the remotes.
