Four months, and its over

Bought this on 16th Nov, 2011. Within 4 months the left button starts to behave erraticaly - cannot select, double click on single clicking etc. May be that I have got a lemon, but recently noticed the same trend on other other entry level logitech mouse as well; this was my second logitech mouse in that year. May be it is time to chage the brand.
Flipkart service is good as always.

Button stopped working

I bought this mouse in April 2012, 4 months ago, and usage has been normal (i.e. emails & office work, not heavy gaming). The mouse is ergonomic and inexpensive, and looks simple and elegant. However, the left button has started to double-click or lose the click randomly now. e.g. I would be dragging a folder somewhere, and it'll suddenly lose the 'hold' because the mouse has stopped sensing the left button press. Or I would click once on something and it would double-click, ending in unwanted executions of an application and other such behaviour.

I would not have written a negative r...

I would not have written a negative review, but exactly the same thing happened with my previous mouse, which was also a Logitech. I've realized that there is no use buying the cheap variants from the large companies, because they are the same Chinese mass-manufactured products with different stickers. If you buy cheap, buy from any company. If you want the trust associated with a big brand, it's better to go for their premium products, where they take manufacturing and quality assurance seriously.

Don't buy Logitech from anywhere, let it be Flipkart or Shop.. AVOID..

I have been using Logitech mice from 1999 (my first PC).. To be honest the old balled models were gem and i still have them under working conditions.. The only problem was, the ball get gummy with days and you had to remove the ball, clean it and use them again..

But these latest M90 and M100 logitech mice are the WORST.. Built with worst logic by the company, keeping the logic in mind that "people would buy Logitech after every 4 months!!".
That is an worst logic by logitech..

From 2007 have bought at least 3 M90s and an M100 and all tend to create the Button click problem....

From 2007 have bought at least 3 M90s and an M100 and all tend to create the Button click problem.. You click once and the button clicks twice because of the defective Micro-switch spring mechanism.. Not only that, every mouse cost more than Rs.400..!!

So, my advice, AVOID Logitech mouse..!! Not to Say anything bad about Flipkart thought..

Don't waste your money. This is a lemon.

I ignored the negative reviews and decided to buy it because it was a "Logitech". And I've had a good run with them. (And unlike a lot of people I know, I don't abuse my keyboards and mice.)

Within a few months the left button started misbehaving, it would send a double click when I only clicked once. I stuck with it for a while since I mostly use the keyboard but over time it became progressively worse.. it started sending multiple clicks I noticed as much as 7 mouse press/release events for a single click while testing and when you while clicking and dragging it randomly sends...

I've been never had a mouse fail on me in over 15 years. The only reason I have replaced a mouse until now is because the technology improved or I just got tired of using the same mouse for so many years.

And another friend of mine too has had the same problem. (And a lot of other reviewers on this page too.)

TL;DR; Absolutely crappy build quality. Don't waste your money on it.

Not that great!

A very brief review.

Worked well for my desktop for like 6-7 months but then it started acting up with the problem of erratic cursor!

Getting hold of customer care people of logitech is so bloody hard!!!!!!

Heater

The product is working fine but it is generating too much heat. Yes, I know that these type of mouses deliver more heat but this one is way too high. I think it is build for Canadian conditions, I am guessing based on the information available in the materials. After half n hour use, u must give... (View complete review)

Logi Dont Take! Avoid buying this product.

I had used this product and surely this product of "Logitech" made me realize that do not solely go by the BRAND NAME. And, surely a single product make a charm go way - the same happened with Logitech.

The left button gives multiple clicks even after clicking once. Thats the major dra...
