Logitech M215 Mouse

This is a good mouse for the price. Kind of small in the hand, but does not feel uncomfortable or much different from other mouse after you have used it for a few minutes.
The groove to store the nano receiver is a nice feature, however it would have been better if it could be accessed without removing the battery cover. However since the nano-receiver is not supposed to be removed from your laptop often, thats not a real issue.

It can also be paired with a Unifying naon-receiver like one that would come with Logitech K350 or K340 wireless keyboards, though it comes with a standard non-unifying receiver by itself. I could not find this information online before buying, so mentioning it specifically here.

Thanks to Flipkart for providing a Wireless LASER mouse at such a low rate.....Flipkart is always prompt on service.....Talking about the mouse, it is a really cool small mouse which has LASER trechnology that works virtually on any surface!!! I wanted the blue colour but that was not available at the time of order.....The company (Logitech) also provides one AA size DURACELL battery to keep your mouse going on and on and on!!! Logikart i mean Logitech and Flipkart both ROCKS, lol!!!!

I bought the Logitech M215 mouse about 3 weeks before and was wanted to use it a bit before giving it a review.

* Very good wireless reception. Connects to the computer within a fraction of second.
* The "plug-in and forget" nano receiver is very handy and is very small, just protruding up to around 7mm while plugged in. So you can carry your laptop around or even pack it with the receiver still plugged in.
* Its a Laser mouse. Guys here's one thing. People might say its not a laser mouse because it has a red coloured lighting. I got worried just like that and had it checked in many surfaces and it works just fine. So if someone comes to you and says "Hey its not Laser.. see the red colour. It's LED" then ask him to go to hell. :D
* It has an On/Off switch to switch it off when you don't use. But that's only when you are not going to use it for quite some time. Because there's an 'Idle' mode in the mouse and it wont use much of its battery. Also has a battery life indicator below the scroll wheel.
* I'm not much of a gamer but I still think the mouse is super smooth and the buttons are soft enough. Scroll wheel is also very good. So mostly will suite gamers too.
* The mouse is big enough for all palm size and small enough to go into your pockets. So no issues there too!

So in a nutshell, if wires make you crazy and you want to use your mouse even on your computer screen (yeah I tried that too :D) then this is THE BEST DEAL. Go for it!

Guys if you are looking for a wireless mouse ,never ever buy this!
I am using this product and i always just do one thing in a week which is replacing the battery ! The battery backup of this mouse is only 7- 12 days ! The reason behind this problem is that this mouse use a normal laser tracking design to track the path. You should a little more from your pocket and get a mouse which have advance laser tracking(no laser) . If you want to play games using wireless mouse this is not gonna be a good choice.Not only for gaimg this mouse is not even good for long time usage. you should preffer Logitech M 185 over Logitech M215
